Like us, dogs can suffer from sunburn. Long term exposure can result in skin damage and skin cancers just like in people.
Dogs that are susceptible to sunburn

Any dog that spends lots of time in the sun during the hottest parts of the day;

Dogs that have white or light colored hair;
-
Dogs that have very short hair, or no hair at all;
-
Dogs that have lost fur through allergies, hot spots or medical treatments.
What are the signs of sunburn?

This is one of those subjects that get a lot of back and forth. Although, if done correctly, neither of these will hurt your animal, deciding on these two procedures can be difficult. If you are thinking of doing either one I would suggest researching before deciding. Also you may want to ensure you have a good vet so you can know your animal will not suffer.
Debarking your dog. Although it may seem like the only way to get your dog to be quiet, there are lots of other ways. Keep in mind that you this is how your dog communicates, so please think of how you would feel if someone took out your vocal cords. Once you have picked a name for your puppy and ordered your pet tags, you need to teach him or her what it is. Your objective is to teach your dog that when his name is called your pet must immediately give you his full attention, that is, stop what they are doing, turn their head and look directly at you.

One of the hardest things to do is train your cat. However, most of the time, it can be done. Here are a couple tips I have learned to help control and “train” your cat. As much as they allow you to train them. The great thing about cats is they defiantly have personality, although part of that personality can often be stubbornness.
