What does the split ring look like?
The split ring looks much like the ring on your keys only much smaller. It attaches to the collar by swiveling around the metal loop on the collar and the hole in the pet tag. This is the standard pet tag attachment.
What does the S-hook look like?
The S-hook is shaped like an S, when attached to the collar the ends of the clip are pinched using a pair of pliers so that the S-hook takes the shape of a figure 8.
What fastener should i choose?
For cats we recommend the split ring because it can be fastened directly to the collar or to the metal clip on the collar. The split ring is a smaller version of a key ring. The S-hook requires pliers to attach to the collar and when completely attached turns the S into an 8.

What holidays are you closed?
Due to the nature of our business and the fact that we can not ship our products when postal facilities are closed we are closed on all federal holidays including New Years Eve, Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Orders placed on a postal holiday are processed and shipped on the following day. If you have any questions on these days please feel free to email or call us. Will the slide on dog ID tag fit on an adjustable collar with a plastic snap?
The slide on tag is designed for collars that use a belt buckle style clasp. They will not work with adjustable collars that clip together.

What if I’m not satisfied with my tag?
Overnight pet tags guarantees you will be satisfied with your tag or your money back. In the rare event that you are not satisfied, simply send the tag back to us and we will either send you a check or refund your credit card, the choice is yours. Its just that simple! To be eligible for the refund the tag must be in unused condition and received no later than 30 days of your order date. Please be advised that Overnight Pet Tags will not be responsible for lost or undelivered returns so please use caution when addressing and sending your returns. Please include your order number along with your name and address when sending your tags. To ensure your tags arrive please tape the tag to a piece of paper before mailing.
Why is my credit card not being accepted?
Ensure that you are typing the number and expiry date correctly. Ensure that the billing address you provide is the one that your financial institute has on record. If all of these things are accurate, and your card is still declined, check your balance with your financial institution.

How are returned checks handeld?
All returned checks will be subject to a $35.00 returned check fee as well as all charges for recovery of payment.

How do I know what my shipping charges are?
There are no shipping charges for standard shipping of pet tags in the United States. All international orders are subject to a minimum $3 fee. We also offer Expidiated Shipping for a premium for both United States and international orders.

Yes! All of our products are available to Canada. Unfortunately we can not offer free shipping to Canada due to the cost of postage. There is a small fee for shipping to Canada. Usually the fee is less than $2.00

Now you can have delivery of your pet ID tags and pet supplies made in an average of 2 to 3 days. Delivery to every address in the United States - including PO Boxes and military addresses. Saturday deliveries at no extra cost. 2-3 days is average delivery and is not guaranteed. Actual delivery time depends on the United States Postal Service and their mail volume.
